SAMPA is on the Lio and airport side of El Nido. Lio Beach is about five minutes by scooter. El Nido town centre is about fifteen minutes away by scooter or tricycle.
We are not a beachfront property. A scooter or tricycle makes getting to the beach and town easy.

Who is SAMPA best suited to?
SAMPA is an adults only guesthouse with four rooms. Each room accommodates up to two adults. We cannot add extra guests or extra beds. No pets or parties, and please keep noise down after 10 pm. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
Which rooms have a kitchen or fridge?
The Deluxe Queen Studio has a private kitchen and fridge. Deluxe Garden View and Deluxe Balcony rooms use the shared outdoor kitchen and do not have a private fridge.
Can I work remotely from SAMPA?
We have Starlink WiFi throughout the property, with typical speeds of 250 to 300 Mbps. Speeds can vary. Solar and battery backup keep the property running through brownouts, including the air conditioning.
What time are check in and check out?
Check in is from 3 pm and check out is by 11 am. Early check in and late check out depend on availability. We can store your luggage before check in or after check out.
What if I arrive late?
Late arrival is no problem. Please message us on WhatsApp (new tab) with your expected arrival time before you travel.
Are you on the beach or in El Nido town?
No. We are in Villa Libertad, on the Lio and airport side of El Nido, not on the beachfront or in the town centre. Use our Google Maps pin to plan your journey and transport.
